About Us

One company. Two complementary divisions.

Eswatini Power Resources is a Southern African company working across the mining and power & energy sectors, with a regional focus on Zimbabwe, South Africa and Eswatini.

Company overview

Resources and energy, connected

The company combines experience in base metals and regional commodity markets with experience in solar power generation, project structuring and energy financing.

Both divisions share one corporate identity, one leadership approach and one commitment to commercially disciplined, responsible development.

How the divisions relate

Why mining and power belong together

Mining is energy-intensive, and reliable power is a precondition for mineral development. Energy projects, in turn, rely on the same disciplines — feasibility, regulation, logistics and project finance — that underpin resource projects.

Operating in both sectors gives the company a broader view of the region's industrial opportunities.

Mining

Chrome and gold in Zimbabwe, coal in Eswatini, and South Africa as a distribution and export hub.

Power & Energy

Solar power generation, PPA structuring and energy project financing.

Our team

The people behind the projects

Eswatini Power Resources is a team of engineers, geologists, project managers and commercial specialists who spend their working days on the ground — from mine benches to solar fields and substations.

Behind every feasibility study, power agreement and export shipment stands a team that shares the same commitment: do the work properly, keep people safe and deliver for partners.
